John is the vocalist with the band Random Option, with his friends David Jones and James Cooper.

John will also be the lead vocalist on the new album by Bill Bressler, A Second Past.

John recorded a cover version of the Procol Harum song Broken Barricades with his Ellesmere partner Roberto Vitelli and Simon D’Vali from Mama.

John has started working on both the next Ellesmere and Swan Chorus albums.
